Customer Sales Advisor

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be working alongside a small dedicated team handling both email and telephone enquiries from their clients about their fantastic products - no two days are the same in this face paced and fun environment.

Working pro-actively and collaboratively with all departments within the business to ensure products are delivered on time, cost and quality,

There is no cold calling or high pressure selling tactics in our business. Clients come to them and they assist them in their decision-making process.

Requirements of our Customer Sales Advisor:
- Must have good telephone voice.
- Must have confident and friendly outgoing nature.
- A high degree of accuracy with an eye for detail.
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Must be competent on computers in a general day to day environment.
