Account Manager / Recruitment

The Job:

We have a superb opportunity working for our centrally based client for an Account Manager.  Mainly the recruitment for their clients is temporary / contract but there is also some permanent recruitment too.  It’s also a key part of this role to maintain the relationship with contractors.  Clients are international and so there could be some travelling in either the UK or Europe.  Within your role you will be responsible for the operations and sales for your clients and business development, you will be recruiting, selecting, evaluating and developing director employees on a variety of levels, documenting personnel contracts, business contracts and client visit reports.

The Person:

This role is a fantastic opportunity and ideally you will have experience of offshore or energy recruitment, however it’s also of interest if you have gained technical recruitment experience.  It’s important you have experience of searching for candidates, via databases, social media and recruitment websites.  Previous experience in operations, sales and recruitment is essential.  Superb opportunity working for a busy and thriving business.

The Benefits:

25 days holiday, 2 months salary bonus at Christmas, BUPA, £15 towards gym membership per month, 3% contributory pension

The Hours:

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

The Salary:

£up to 28,000 plus a two month year end bonus
