GBP8.86 per hour + benefits (35 hours per week)

Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who operate a portfolio of more than 90 cinemas in the UK and have a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world. This exciting, innovative company have experienced fantastic growth and are now looking for Shift Supervisors/Team Leaders to assist the Store Manager in a branded caf?? operation within their new cinema due to open in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will have experience as team leader, supervisor or manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display a customer comes first attitude- engaging and connecting with customers.
• Ensure Baristas deliver legendary customer service through monitoring and coaching whilst on shift.
• Take responsibility for the shift - ensuring shift runs smoothly and speed of service, cleanliness standards and operational needs are met.
• Communicate information with Store Manager to ensure that the team responds to needs of business.
• Through all actions and decisions contribute to profitability and building of sales in the store.
• Ensure all store promotions, store facilities, payroll costs, stock ordering and reporting processes are followed.
