Head of Outbound & Retail Sales required for a well-established, growing organisation based in Bristol.
Job Title: Head of Outbound & Retail Sales
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to GBP50K per annum DOE plus benefits
Hours of Work: Full time
A great opportunity for an experienced Manager of outbound telesales teams to join a well-recognised, and growing organisation, in a key role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, and delivering, a strategy for growth, combined with the development of marketing plans to acquire customers and maximise sales.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the Outbound telesales and Retail teams to deliver and exceed budgeted revenue and margin targets
Ensure brand is maximised and its integrity maintained across the various sales channels
Work collaboratively across the management team to shape and develop the marketing and brand strategy to develop best practice acquisition, and customer marketing and communications
Ensure customer understanding is disseminated throughout the business
Liaise across the business in order to fully maximise business opportunities
Review performance regularly, making recommendations for improvements accordingly
Essential Skills:
Outbound telesales team management experience
Retail team management desirable, but not essential
Experience of managing an outbound dialler, and familiar with outbound technology and regulations
Proven people management skills
Commercially strong with proven sales, financial and marketing awareness
Strong data literacy skills
Strategic thinker who can drive business strategy
Target driven with proven ability to meet KPIs
