As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be taking on one of the most important roles in the store.

You'll be responsible for executing the sales plan on a day to day basis, driving the achievement of your sales targets through highly effective sales floor management.

You'll be constantly delivering coaching excellence to your sales people, developing them whilst leading from the front. Your infectious enthusiasm will motivate them to achieve ever-greater levels of success.

You'll be a born leader, with great sales skills and a target driven mentality.

What we need from you???

You'll have previous experience working within a sales environment, leading teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets.

You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and coaching techniques, gained from similar environments.

You'll have a passion for providing the highest customer care.
