Excellent opportunity for domestic gas Gas Engineers and Gas Meter Installers to develop a rewarding career within the dual fuel smart metering industry by working with one of the UKs leading technical employers.
The Role:
ACS Qualified Gas engineers required to be trained to become dual fuel engineers and support this metering Client's delivery of their long term smart metering contracts.
The role will involve the upskill training to become fully dual fual qualified (Electric metering / MOCOPA) during the first 10 weeks of employment.
The Candidate
To be able to take advantage of this great opportunity, you will need to meet the following criteria:
ACS Gas Qualified:
CCN1 or CMA1 and holding MET1 / MET2 or MET4
Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 Penalty Points
Clear Criminal Record History
Be able to provide the ORIGINAL of your ACS Certificates, Right to Work, Driving Licence and Proof of Address at the Interview stage
Be prepared to undertake a Trade Test at Interview
Be prepared to drive a van with a Tracker (Business use only)
Be prepared to receive Electric Meter Training and work as a dual fuel meter installer.
Be prepared to sign a two year training bond (training costs to be repaid should yoy leave within 2 years)
Been qualified as a gas engineer for at least 12 months
The Benefits
Basic Salary of GBP22,000
Rises to GBP27,146 once fully qualified
20 days annual leave plus 8 Statutory Holidays
Productivity Bonus Scheme with an OTE of GBP30-35,000 per year
Van + Fuel Card
All Tools are Provided
