Location: Bath
Salary: Up to GBP32k + Benefits (live-out)
The Company
A fantastic and unique opportunity has a risen for a Hostel Manager of a fantastic property comprising of accommodation and a multi-function Food & Beverage outlet.
Type of Background needed for this General Manager role
The site comprises of rooms, gardens with fantastic views and a restaurant so my client is on the lookout for a Hostel Manager from either a High-volume restaurant/ High volume Pub with rooms/ Hotel Manager with good F&B experience. The site is seasonal so experience in managing teams of up to 40 plus staff. You will have to have been fully P&L accountable so prior experience is essential and candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
