One of our key client is looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Customer Service Advisor / Manager in Hull.
Job responsibilities :
Make sure all orders, queries and complaints are dealt with in agreed timescales
Manage key accounts queries relating to orders, delivery, logistics and reporting
Staff training development and recruitment
Monthly reporting back to senior managers
Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone.
Updating customer details on internal databases.
Dealing with all associated administration.
Requirements:
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent communication and listening skills.
Be computer literate.
Relationship building skills
Can do attitude
