Recruitment Consultant - IT Contract - Excellent opportunity to build an IT Recruitment Business for a respected and established IT / Technology recruitment business - Glasgow City Centre.
The Package
* Basic salary in the range GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 (dependent on experience)
* Excellent commission - uncapped scheme without threshold (a number of the existing team are earning GBP100K+ in the Glasgow office)

The Role
In a field saturated by many lookalike recruitment consultancies, our client is a truly different business. They pride themselves on values of deep, real subject matter knowledge, a passionate approach to developing their own consultants, and a strategy of placing their clients at the heart of their business. Having grown quickly to 30+ staff at their Glasgow office the business has been predominantly IT permanent. An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced contract recruitment consultant to build their IT contract division.
Using a well developed client and candidate database and an existing contractor book, you'll have the opportunity to quickly build a team around you and put your stamp on it, offering contract IT Recruitment to existing and new clients across the UK. You'll have complete freedom to drive the business unit's strategy and culture.
About you
* You'll be an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience of contract recruitment ideally IT Contract.
* Experience of mentoring other Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants is desirable as you will have the opportunity to build the contract team around you.
* You will be ambitious, and looking for an opportunity to put your own stamp on a business by building your own division.
