Export Inside Sales Coordinator

A global shipping company in Liverpool is looking for an Export Inside Sales Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This will entail providing rate quotations to customers, targeting new business and forming long lasting working relationships the company's export client base.

This is a fantastic foot in the door opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and previous inside sales experience to join a well renowned shipping company based in Liverpool City Centre.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Providing rates to customers and negotiating where necessary
• File rates
• Building a strong rapport with the company's clients
• Producing new and lost business reports
• Targeting new business
• Following up on previous quotations to obtain business

Essential Requirements are:

• Good export knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude
