Due to an increase in workload our client are seeking to strengthen their management team with an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecoms Projects in the Kent region.

Key Essentials:

* You will be required to manage Civils, Copper, Fibre and DSLAM projects. These include various driven end to end fibre projects (FTTC) including jointing, testing and installation

* Your role will involve attending operational meetings, progress reviews as well as work handovers

* You will be required to efficiently manage resources on site (including Agents and gangs) to ensure that projects are run within allocated budgets and time-scales whilst complying with company procedures and client specifications. This will include completing staff / labour time sheets and plant & transport sheets

* You will be required to identify cost effective solutions to problem projects whilst providing technical support for feasibility studies

* You role will involve conducting regular site Health & Safety checks on staff and sub-contractors as well as carrying out site safety briefings and toolbox talks

* You will have ultimate ownership of projects and will need to ensure that contract administration is carried out

Requirements:

* You should hold relevant Project Management accreditation used in the telecoms industry

* You should be experienced project managing civils, end to end fibre installation (ideally FTTC), splicing and commissioning works (overhead works) and / or DSLAM upgrades

* You will need to have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

* You should be I.T literate and hold a full valid driving licence

This is an excellent position that offers long term career progression and a salary of up to GBP45k + package
