We are currently recruiting for an ambitious part qualified accountant to join a large team supporting the Financial Controller in managing various accounting portfolios.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and progress for the successful candidate. With a proven history of internal promotion and support - this role would ideally suit someone who is looking to work hard and advance within a company.
The role is for a Junior Management Accountant based in the Swanley area with great public transport links and the hours are from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
There is also free parking on site and the company offer fantastic benefits such as interest free ticket loans and 27 days holiday.
The salary for this position will be starting at GBP35,000 - GBP40,000.
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Should have experience in a similar field.
- Should be part qualified. (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Ability to prioritise, adhere to strict deadlines and operate in a pressurised environment.
- Have a fantastic comprehension of Microsoft Excel.
- Ideally have some experience working in Management Accounts. (Desirable)
You will be expected to:
- Be responsible for the overall delivery of all invoicing, credit control and creditor payment processes and cycles.
- Maintaining the financial records, ledgers and day books for the relevant companies in their portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with contractual documentations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare the annual budget for review and approval.
- Quarterly Corporation tax and the treasure investment proposal.
- Any Admin/Secretarial duties that need completing.
- Manage the statutory audit process.
