My Client a thriving organisation have a new position to sit within their logistics team, they are seeking a candidate that is analytical with advanced excel and has experience of logistics and or distribution.
The position involves:
Co-ordinating hauliers
Managing stocks
Administration of sales and purchase orders
Entering details into the CRM
Arranging and overseeing transport
Liaising with transport companies
Deal with stock control and other logistics functions
Taking messages and dealing with clients when required
Being responsible for all administrative duties that may arise
The ideal candidate will:
Have a degree or be educated to A-Levels as a minimum
Be a confident communicator
Work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
Be flexible in their working approach
Work well on all Microsoft packages
An Advanced Excel User
Be highly organised
Have previous experience working within a similar position
Be a fast learner
