Warehouse Operative

Search are currently seeking for Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced friendly team in Dunfermline to work for one of the worlds largest retailers! We are looking for full time Warehouse Operatives who have the ability to work alone within the Warehouse or as part of a team. Previous experience working in a Warehouse would be welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties

Working within a large Warehouse will include the following:

• General Warehouse Duties
• Picking & Packing
• Loading and Unloading
• Manual handling or lifting may be required up to 15kg

The majority of roles we have on offer will require you to have a fairly good level of fitness; there can be a lot of walking involved so if you are looking to keep active or just enjoy walking then this could be the perfect job for you!

What do we need from you?

Not as much as you might think! As with any job punctuality is important. As stated previously Warehouse experience would be welcomed but not essential, you should be flexible, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work 10 hour shifts on various shift patterns.

The ability to:

Start work at 7am or 7.30am for a Day Shift or a Night Shift starting at 7pm or 7.30pm.

Work 4 days out of 7 which could include weekend work.

Pass a 5 year criminal background check and have the correct Right to Work documentation!

You will need to be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test before you start work, this can be done within a day with results back instantly.
