Machine Process Operators x 10 Urgently Required!!

Main Duties

Qualifications:
Process Operators perform complicated process activities, using multiple processes (i.e. Coating, Machining,) within his / her area of expertise and/or across various departments. It can include both part-specific work, mostly just pieces, or serial work. Certificate of higher education would be a distinct advantage

Responsibilities

1) To use and learn the necessary skills needed to work factory machinery within an Aerospace environment

2) To maintain and carry out basic maintenance on equipment after training
3) Ability to work alone or as part of a team with efficient and detailed hand overs
4) To confirm and understand all Quality requirements within the business
5) To understand and conform to all Health and Safety requirements within the business ensuring personal safety and safety to others on site
6) To carry out and perform well any other duties that may be required by the company

Essential Personal Characteristics

1) Able to work as part of a team
2) Good understanding of English and be IT literate
3) Have an excellent attention to detail
4) Sound communication skills and be self motivated
5) To work to set targets and meet set deadlines
6) Have a proactive approach to work

Desirable Characteristics

Experience within an Aerospace environment or at least to have worked for a business that are ISO9001 approved

GBP8.50 to GBP10.00 per hour 3 Shifts

7am to 3pm

3pm to 11pm

11pm to 7am
