The Role: Account Manager
Working as part of the SEO team, with the opportunity to advance into a management position within 6 months. You will have the opportunity to shape the role around your skill set and watch your work turn into tangible profit and results.
The Duties:
* To be the key point of contact for clients you shall distribute work and report feedback to the SEO team.
* To assist with the completion of client work across all departments daily; SEO, building links, technical SEO and content creation.
* To manage own key clients, to attend client meetings when required and to attend to monthly client reports.
* To debrief Directors on the key tasks to be achieved.
Person spec
* Educated to degree level or with relevant experience.
* Great communication skills.
* Industry knowledge; including SEO background with a technical background.
* Great analytical & organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail.
Desirable skills:
* Experience of tools such as Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Search meterics, SEMrush, Majestic, Kerboo etc
* Thorough technical understanding of website coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX with the ability to troubleshoot and identify errors that can affect SEO performance
