FULL / PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE FOR MORNING, DAYS AND NIGHTS

Key 2 Care is recruiting for full and part time Care Workers in Loughborough. You will be working in a purpose build new complex. We need Care Workers to make a real difference to the lives of our customers. As a key provider of quality care for vulnerable adults, learning disabilities and complex needs we want to give our customers a high standard of living within modern surroundings.

Provisional start date for employment is early November 2017. You must be available for training for 2 weeks in October.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Assist customers with, cooking, feeding, dressing, social activities, medication, assist with daily care needs including the sensitive delivery of personal care

·         Record information in the daily log sheets

·         Preparing, agreeing and monitoring customer care plans,

·         You will be one of the driving forces behind promoting customer integration and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

·         Deliver care and support for customers whilst ensuring their privacy, dignity and independence is maintained and respected at all times to meet agreed care plans

·         Provide care and support for customers to enable them to maximise their own potential / level of independence
