Due to significant expansion following a successful year our client, a professional financial services company in Knutsford, are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors throughout the business. These positions are temporary ongoing roles but with a genuine chance of going permanent.
Typical duties and responsibilities of both roles:
Customer Service Advisor
• Calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Assisting customer with completion of the application
• Taking inbound calls from new customers
• Acting as the first point of contact between customers and the company
• IDEAL FOR???people who love people, and love talking on the phone!
For this positions you must be able to display the following skills:
• An ongoing and likeable nature - you'll be chatting to clients and building a rapport on a daily basis
• A professional approach to work - from your time-keeping to your presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of education, to at least A-Level standard
GBP7.69 Per Hour
Flexible working hours are required-
No previous experience is required as full training will be given. What is required is confidence, hard work and a drive to succeed. The rewards in this role include a competitive hourly rate, varied working hours, commission and overtime opportunities, as well as a fantastic working environment located 1 mile from Knutsford train station with free onsite parking
