Otis is seeking to recruit a Qualified Accountant (probably 1-3 years PQE) with strong technical/financial knowledge and the ability to thrive under pressure, for the challenging role of Internal Controls Manager, based in Leicester.
The role will have management responsibility for the Accounting Control Analyst and Expenses Analyst and is key in managing the Sarbanes Oxley Cycle of compliance relating to both the core Company and subsidiary businesses. Both these compliance cycles are mandated requirements per US Corporate Governance and are therefore integral to our Financial Controls framework.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to continuously improve the accounting and reconciliation operation and finance processes using ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) tools to drive through any improvements.
It is imperative that you have gained experience within a fast paced, complex organisation and are able to demonstrate a proven track record in people management and accounting rigour / controls.
