Due to rapid expansion, a great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join a modern and prominent IT Infrastructure and network company. The successful Customer Support Manager will be based in Weybridge, Surrey and earn a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Flexible hours are available as well and job share opportunities.
The company is a specialist provider of high performance networking and infrastructure solutions. They are experiencing a period of rapid expansion so need to grow their Customer Support team to maintain contact with their increasing customer base. Reporting to the MD and Commercial Director, the successful Customer Support Manager’s primary responsibility will be contacting customers regularly by phone and email. In addition, the successful Customer Support Manager’s duties will include:

Reporting to the MD and Commercial Director, the successful Customer Support Manager’s primary responsibility will be contacting customers regularly by phone and email. In addition, the successful Customer Support Manager’s duties will include:
- Expanding customer records using the Autotask CRM database
- Resolving product and service problems by coordinating with sales, technical support and finance teams
- Creating product and service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Competent use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of routers, internet and networks
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to behave professionally and courteously
- 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days plus statutory days per annum
