The Role:

Senior Retail Project Manager

The role will be the key interface between Samsung HQ, Cheil HQ based in Korea, the client service department, the appropriate Agency disciplines and the channel marketing managers.

Responsibilities:

• Required to work at Samsung HQ in Chertsey 1-2 times a week
• Maintaining and building key relationships with existing managers in order to deliver exciting and innovative solutions against their briefs to the Agency (to include instore communication, sales promotion, brand activation, experiential ideas and channel exclusive launch activity).
• Full financial control of projects – working to budgets provided, coordinating 3^rd party suppliers, generating estimates, project billing, and monthly accounts reporting for internal management
• Maintaining status reports for client and internal traffic needs.
• Adding value to the Agency’s servicing of accounts – identifying retail market trends, tracking key competitive activities, recognizing potential growth and business opportunities for both the client and Agency.
• Managing relationships with the Cheil Global & European network, partner creative and retail production agencies.
• Supporting junior account team members – providing essential support, resolving move-blockers, on major projects when required.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Korean
  for Communication with Samsung / Cheil HQ dealing with Pan European & Global /UK Projects
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to take independent action to resolve challenges
• Positive interpersonal skills working with team members across the agency
• Effective problem solving skills
• Extremely sharp eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and
• Strong presenter

Qualifications:

• Experience in Go To Market Retail Activities
• Experience in Shopper marketing
• Experience in Electronics goods retail marketing activities
• Desirable to be degree educated
