Retail Store Manager

VIP Premium Vaping & E-Liquids has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to join their team based in Yardley. You will be employed on a full time permanent basis and receive a competitive hourly rate of £8.00-8.60 per hour.

Responsibilities of our Retail Store Manager

- Driving sales and meeting targets

- Providing excellent customer service

- Setting daily sales targets

- Stock control

- Motivating staff to exceed set sales targets

- Opening and closing of the store

- Marketing the store

- Staff HR & disciplinary

- Working with centre management at the shopping to build relationships

- Maximising the commercial impact of the kiosk visual merchandising

- Housekeeping – keeping an immaculate kiosk

- Responsibility for the Profit and Loss account for the store

- Succession planning

Skills needed to become our Retail Store Manager

- Previous management experience in retail/ customer service

- Clear and concise numeracy & communication skills

- Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach at all times

- Excellent team player

- A sales & target driven person is a must!

- You don’t have to be a vaper, but if you are that would be an advantage
