Salary Description: GBP20.000pa + Bonus OTE GBP27,000pa+
Are you an experienced Dealership Service Advisor?
Previous motor trade experience within a service advisor role or similar is essential.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealerships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills to join our team at our Preston dealership.
The Service Advisor is responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer the following day to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
