Project Manager - Care and Supported Housing

Support the development of business metrics and reporting processes that enhance understanding of business performance
Undertake lean business process reviews to reduce process waste and inefficiency
Manage the implementation of lean project improvement plans following reviews
Work with the policy review team to support the review and update of operational policies and procedures following review
Champion the use of lean methodology and efficient working practise
Contribute to corporate business projects including the good to great improvement programme
Promote cooperation and partnership working across corporate departments
To attend evening and weekend meetings as required.
To carry out any other duties in line with the above requested by the Management Team.
