Resourcing Partner - London

The Supply Register, is one of the UK’s leading Education Recruitment Managed Services providers. With a national client list of schools, academies and multi-academy trusts and a candidate base of thousands, the company is seeking to build on its success by expanding further its client subscriber base to create further opportunities for teachers and support workers choosing ‘supply’ as their preferred destination of employment.

This has created a need for a Resourcing Partner for a number of regions. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.

They should be experienced in the recruitment sector (education recruitment experience would be advantageous) and have excellent communication skills.

For this role a minimum 1 years’ experience within recruitment, resourcing role (face-to-face experience imperative; experience within education, manged services, recruitment process outsourcing preferred) and have excellent communication skills.
