PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR***
SALARY - GBP11.75 PER HOUR
HOURS - MONDAY-FRIDAY,9AM-5PM
CONTRACT - 4 MONTH FTC
LOCATIONS - SUTTON
START - ASAP
To assist generally within a busy Pensions Office providing the Local Government Pension Scheme for borough staff and staff of approved external employers.
Specifically to support with;
*Maintaining monthly contributions of employee and employer contributions into the pension fund and following up with external payroll providers where monthly schedules are missing
*To update records that have data quality issues where the data quality issues have already been resolved.
Able to communicate effectively, carry out a variety of duties with a high degree of accuracy and take responsibility for own workload to meet tight timescales. Numerate & with experience of using computerised database systems and Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
Previous experience of pension scheme administration would be an advantage.
