???A fantastic opportunity for an effective, experienced Human Resources professional to join a leading higher education establishment in a key role within the HR function.
The HR Business Partner will be fully dedicated to internal managers and staff, and will develop a strong value-added proactive relationship with them. You will provide timely, commercial, pragmatic and consultative advice to enable ongoing progression of the organisation through people and culture change.
Working on a predominantly casework basis, the HR Business Partner helps to develop and implement better people management practices and understands the objectives and KPIs of the business area they work in and support.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to Level 5, with significant experience of working within an HR environment coupled with demonstrable knowledge of designing and implementing organisational change. The ability to work on multiple projects is essential, ensuring that you can effectively prioritise your workload. Above all - you will genuinely enjoy working with people and making a real difference!!!
