Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am currently working with a client in Leeds who requires Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their expanding team.

They require candidates with strong experience working in a volume environment. Exceptional candidates may also be offered the opportunity to become team managers and be involved in shaping the future of the department.

Candidates must be technically strong and will ideally be CILEx, CLC or Solicitor qualified. The right candidate will be offered support and training to progress with this forward thinking, friendly firm.

You will have experience of purchase, sale, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions and be able to deal with both freehold and leasehold properties. Candidates must also have the ability to work with both registered and unregistered titles.

Client satisfaction and customer service is at the heart of our client's business and it is important that you can demonstrate a previous history of dealing with clients directly.
