The perfect candidate will have experience in working with children and young people with challenging behaviour.
YOU will enjoy varied work as this residential has other branches that you could also work in based over Leicestershire.
MUST be able to work different shifts and work within a team.
Ideally have a level 3 in health and social care or a level 2 and working towards 3.
Ideally a car and driving license would be useful so you can have the option of travelling to the different branches and broaden your experience :)
