The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycles of multiple new client projects from the sign off to site launch and beyond. S/he will navigate an array of client relationships, project timelines, last minute changes and launches. By collaborating with Itineris’ technical and strategy teams the post holder will deliver high quality and efficient implementations to Itineris’ valued clients.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • overseeing the planning and delivery of projects within the agency to a high standard;
  • owning and managing all project requirements, specifications and documentation;
  • proactively communicating key information at the correct level of detail to all external and internal project stakeholders; and
  • solving and unblocking problems and issues as they arise in a timely and constructive manner.

Criteria for selection

The candidate must possess the following attributes:

  • extensive experience in project management within a digital marketing agency;
  • experience managing multiple website design & build projects;
  • proven track record in organising and coordinating project teams in line with client requirements;
  • experience using difference project management methodologies;
  • exceptional communication skills to be able to manage stakeholder communications throughout the full project lifecycle;
  • thorough understanding and implementation experience of an industry standard methodology (eg managing planning, scope, resource and budget);
  • good working knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing principles; and
  • able to demonstrate skills such as an eye for design detail, technical specifications, SEO, PPC & working experience of WordPress and other CMS platforms such as Drupal, Magento & Umbraco.
