Job Purpose

The Retail Account Executive role is an exciting and fulfilling role, focused on supporting UK based strategic retail partnerships, including day to day management of the retail business and ongoing projects. The Retail Account Executive is focused on developing customer relationships to provide a trusted, value service and will involve liaison across the SVM team. The role of Retail Account Executive will report into report directly to the Head of Retail Relationships and will support and perform duties specified below.

Main Duties

  • Administer or assist in client meetings and manage action logs
  • Manage day to day customer queries
  • Assist in the preparation of customer promotions
  • Analyse and compile client reports
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on retail partner projects and questions
  • Assist in preparing collateral for proposals, tender responses etc
  • Maintaining and improving levels of customer satisfaction

The Retail Account Executive is office based with a minimal requirement to travel to support existing retailers and/or to participate in meetings/events in other locations (including overnight stays).

Requirements

  • Good level of written and presented English
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of operating in Retail Gift Card/B2B Markets
  • Excellent client relationships skills
  • Competent with word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Process driven with good organisation skills

Other

Holidays: 20 days holiday per annum plus statutory holidays
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.45-5.30 or as required to fulfil the job.
