About You
You should be a switched on store manager with a proven background to of delivering sales though high levels of consultative friendly service which would transfer well into this role. You will be a natural leader with real presence and be able to maximise all sales opportunities to drive this flagship store forward.
Attributes Required
A true passion for and ability to demonstrate ability to develop your team to succeed
You will have a wealth of large store management experience within a one to one product led sales environment
Possess an ability to analyse, plan for success and be a confident troubleshooter where needed
A charismatic retail manager, you will be motivated to achieve targets and goals and exceed expatiations when leading your team to success and creating a fun and upbeat store for your staff and customers.
