Mental Health Support Worker

Needed. . .. committed support workers to join our project based in Wirral and surrounding areas. These are full-time and part time posts. There is a requirement to work flexibly on occasion when required, including evening and weekend work.

We are looking for committed individuals and team players with a desire to care and a willingness to learn, to deliver direct support to service users, assisting them with all aspects of their lives, from taking part in leisure and learning activities to supporting them in their homes with everyday living.

Excellent pay rates on a weekly basis - bonus and incentives also available

You will have empathy and understanding of the needs of young people with disabilities, and the barriers they face. You like being around and working with young people. You can show us you have experience of or the ability to provide high quality support whilst managing challenging situations. You will be committed to the organization's ethos and bring enthusiasm and willingness to practical tasks. You can demonstrate an ability to maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with service users always.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS check. The cost of this will be met by the applicant, however, we do also accept portable enhanced DBS certificates.

As soon as pre-employment checks and training are complete, which will take no longer than two weeks, immediate work is available.
