Our client is looking for a number of Field Based Sales Managers; leaders who are passionate about sharing our wonderful story with the right people. People and food enthusiasts who knows how to put together and motivate a brand new team of Brand Ambassadors. You'll be all about delivering first class customer service, and you'll naturally balance insight and intuition to help us bring even more awesome organic customers on board. We're seeking friendly, organised, unflappable sales people with experience in team management, as well as events and door-to-door acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the team of regional ambassadors to be brilliant sellers
  • Live and breathe the Abel and Cole brand values and instil this in your team
  • Be present and inspire the team at events, street pitches and doorstep shifts
  • Meet and strive to exceed the agreed new customer targets agreed
  • Manage the Regional Team budget
  • Take an active involvement in team recruitment
  • Manage the schedule of events, proposing events/pitches to be booked by the shared resource
  • Track and record all data in line with company requirements
  • Liaise with the regional depot for event kits and samples required
  • Undertake performance reviews with your team
  • Perform any other duties required as necessary

Experience and Skills:

 

  • Experience in sales or team management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate the team in all circumstances
  • Exceptionally target driven
  • Natural leader who is keen to lead from the front
  • Solutions led approach to all challenges
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with pace
