Part-time Retail Tool Sales Assistant
About The Role
What youll be doing:
-Youll be joining a small team of between 4 - 6 members of staff
-Youll be working up to 27 hours per week over 3 days
-Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
-Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
-Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
-Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice
-Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need - skills and experience:
-Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
-Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
-Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
-Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
-Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
-Youll possess basic computer literacy
-Youll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
