Flat Scheme Manager

As the Manager of this brand new service you will work alongside the Recruitment Manager to recruit the neccessary staff in addition to working alongside the Project Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that excellent services are developed and delivered within the Scheme and are specific to the needs and requirements of each person who uses the service. You will be responsible for overseeing a service which provides support and accomodates up to 14 service users.

You will lead the staff team to ensure everyone is working to achieve the same positive outcomes for the individuals they are supporting.

The successful candidate must hold a relevant management qualification. You will have experience of managing services for learning disabilities and be able to manage challenging behaviour and complex needs effectively.

This role is offering a very competitive salary of up to £27,000 plus lots of benefits.
