Job Type: Full-Time, 6 months contract

About the role:
Our Client's Business Development Executives are responsible for identifying new prospective customers and developing key relationships by creating interest in our 'best in class' technologies and industry leading solutions.
This role directly contributes to the growth of the Company in the UK & IRE market by opening new doors and opportunities for the Equipment Sales team while also increasing brand awareness in the market.
This is a 6 Month Temporary Contract with a view to becoming permanent based on performance.

Working as part of a close knit team, they must be team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone campaigns to prospective customers
- Generate high quality sales ready leads at or above targets
- Convert inbound traffic from PPC, SEO, Email and other marketing activities into Sales Leads
- Increase account profile depth by identifying relevant new contacts
- Increase market visibility by identifying new prospective customers
- Increase the quality and depth of existing data in CRM system (saleforce.com)
Key Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years' telesales experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellence selling skills with the tenacity to secure leads that others would consider too complex/hard to convert
- Highly customer focused
- Passionate about their role and takes pride in its contribution to the business
- Collaborative team player in a fast past environment, with the ability to work independently as required
- Ability to engage with decision makers, build relationships and change tact as required
- Ability to use their initiative to solve problems
- Target driven and action orientated
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data integrity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and metric driven environment
