They offer their General Sales Manager a basic salary of £25,000 - £45,000 per annum with realistic OTE of £52,000 - £72,000 per annum plus performance related bonus scheme, company car, pension scheme, childcare voucher scheme.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who can prove their exceptional record of achievement. You must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, and will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach. You will be running a large sales operation, working for one of the leading dealer groups in the country.

Key responsibilities include:

- You will be responsible for developing a strong, stable and sustainable business environment which maximises customer and employee attraction and retention, and produces the highest levels of customer satisfaction, profit and return on investment. 

- Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives

- Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly.

- Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department.

- Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position.
