We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a well establish west hull company. The ideal candidate will be ensuring all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time; provide support to the UK with order processing including Fast Track orders. Assist internal and external customers with queries on orders, offering advice and guidance where applicable. Provide administration support to the Customer Service Advisors, helping to resolve customer queries by raising credits and debits. Manage filing and retrieval of orders

SKILLS:

• Vetting and Processing of UK orders
• General Admin
• Writing and maintaining procedures.
• Responding to internal and external enquiries.
• Co-ordinating admin support- debit, credit and queries
• Liaise with BSN planners on back order products and maintain and update internal status report
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints
• Working to deadlines
• Prioritising Workload

Ideal candidate would have:
• GCSE passes in 5 subjects
• Computer literate. Experience in using PC based software packages.
• Customer Service Experience
• Developed Interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication skills
