Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - High end residential
Salary: Circa GBP75,000 per annum plus package and excellent bonuses
Location accessible from : London and Southern Homes Counties
Your Future Role: You will be overseeing a high specification Residential project which is a mix of traditional build townhouses and apartments where you will be No.1 from a Commercial perspective. You will be responsible for Project Surveyors while reporting into a Commercial Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious SQS who wants to take full responsibility of two high specification projects that haven't started yet.
You're Future Company:
Arguably the biggest and most successful residential developer in the South East of England specialising is high specification projects. This particular part of the company focus of design lead projects across Kent and South East London where they have won numerous Health and Safety and NHBC awards. With the success of purchasing additional land, they are looking to strengthen their already successful team.
About You: You will have a degree or HNC/HND relevant to the construction industry. You will also have residential experience with either a developer or main contractor. Experience overseeing packages from procurement through to final accounts is also essential.
What You Can Expect: Circa GBP65,000 - GBP75,000 depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to excellent benefits and an appealing bonus structure. You will be part of a successful team where you will have the chance to learn and adapt your skills to progress your own career.
