Job Title: Finance Administrator
Salary: National Minimal Wage
Sector: Merchandising/Promotional Products
Working hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Preparing and organising the shipment of orders
Fulfilling orders using internal portal
Tracking and adjusting stock levels at our warehouse and office
Managing customer service emails
Invoicing using Quickbooks and Excel
General office duties
Skills Required:
Excellent Excel skills
Highly organised and an efficient mindset
A meticulous eye for detail and a desire to do everything to the best of your ability
A professional manner and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently under supervision and guidance
Ability to work to specific deadlines
