Our client who are already the fastest growing manufacturer of ventilation products in Britain are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Slough.

It is important that the highest level of Customer Service is offered to customers at all time. An excellent telephone manner is crucial as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing orders prior to processing
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Answering basic technical questions
- Liaise with production teams for lead times
- Liaise with operations team for deliveries

Previous experience within a fast paced office is preferred, however, is not necessary as long as you are able to adapt and have a personable approach.
