Description of business unit

The Marketing and Customer Management team is responsible for mortgage acquisition and retention across Bank of Ireland UK and our financial services partners. The team look after bot hdirect and intermediary markets.

Purpose of the Role

• To provide creative solutions for UK Mortgages Communications
• Manage all aspects of in house graphic design to ensure high quality and compelling creative
• Manage all artworking requirements
• Work closely with our design agency to ensure a consistent approach to design
• Own and manage studio processes to ensure a timely and accurate studio output
• Manage the workload of the studio and any freelance and traffic work accordingly
• Management of studio hardware and software, including the management of third party sales and service support
• To act as a brand guardian and ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to for our own external and internal brand as well as those of ourpartners.

• Graduate calibre
• Good A level or equivalent in a design related subject

• 3 years experience in a design/creative role
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
• Great interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with all levels of the organisation
