A Determinations Panel Support Manager job in Brighton for over GBP47K
Hays are now shortlisting applications on behalf of The Pensions Regulator, which is situated in Brighton, East Sussex, as they seek to recruit a Determinations Panel Support Manager who will be accountable for the delivery of effective end to end case management of the varying types of cases referred to the Determinations Panel. This will include leading and managing the support team as well as providing support and guidance to the members of the Determinations Panel.
The job responsibilities will require the successful candidate to:
- Provide advice, support and information to the Determinations Panel to help them execute their responsibilities effectively, which include their regulatory powers, governance and the Determinations Panel processes.
- Manage the DP Support team in order to ensure effective organisation and support is provided to the Determinations Panel, including developing new procedures, meeting agendas, notes and actions, governance and training.
- Manage legal contract staff, where applicable
- Act as the main point of contact with the Panel Chair, Panel members, and external barristers. Lead and manage the small Determinations Support team.
