As a national recruitment partner for one of the UK's leading logistics companies, Driving Plus require HGV Class 1 night drivers to work at our prestigious client's site in Langley Mill.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to expansion of the existing depot, meaning successful drivers will have the ability to:
* Work full or Part time
* Night shifts
* 5 or 6 shifts available
* Ongoing Work throughout the year
* Trunking and Commercial deliveries
The site operates 24 hours a day and the role will include trunking products to regional distribution centres, commercial deliveries and collections across the UK. There is minimal manual labour required if any. In addition, you will be rewarded with excellent pay, a good working environment and flexible working options. Most assignments are long term for those that desire an ongoing opportunity.
Occasional night out runs are available but not essential to those who do not wish to do night out run.
The pay rates for Ltd Company drivers are as follows:
* Monday to Friday Nights - GBP12.25 per hour
* Saturdays - GBP14.00 per hour
* Sundays - GBP17.30 per hour
Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required
