This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join a successful, well-established Civil and Structural Design Consultancy in Aberdeen. Our client works across a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, Rail, Highways etc. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from inception through to completion stage across a variety of sectors, with a predominant focus Infrastructure, Highways and Drainage. In order to be considered for this Civil Design Engineer role you will:
* Have gained a strong degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* You will have a minimum of 3 years (or more) consultancy experience ideally working on projects through Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, Rail, Highways, Bridges etc
* You will have a working knowledge of AutoCAD
* You will have a working knowledge of Section 278/38 and ideally DMRB
* You will feel comfortable assisting a Principal in leading and managing a small design team
* You will help promote the company
* You'll have strong communication skills both written and verbal
* You'll work well as part of a close knit design team
