The Role:
An exciting Financial Services business based in Bristol is in the process of recruiting an experienced Mortgage Manager to join their successful team.
Duties will include:
Driving mortgage sales within your team
Setting team and individual targets
Promoting and achieving lending related KPI's
Training and developing the mortgage team
Recruit, train and motivate the team whilst maintaining a profitable department
Driving ancillary sales from mortgage leads
General day to day management of mortgage advisors and administrators
Core Skills:
Previous sales management experience within the Mortgage Industry
CEMAP Qualified or equivalent qualification/experience
Up to date mortgage industry and product knowledge
Experienced reporting at board / senior management level
Competent IT Skills
Personal Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible
Ability to prioritise
Strong time management skills
Commercially minded
