The Project Manager Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager with 1-3 years’ experience looking for the next stage in your career to join a thought-leading digital marketing agency, who work on a range of innovative projects with our fabulous clients. You'll help to plan projects effectively, working cross-departmentally to ensure deliverables are planned correctly, resource is appropriately allocated and project workflow is smooth and efficient. Becoming part of a growing team, you will be looking to further develop your skills and move forwards in your career. If you have experience of working in a fast-paced project management environment (preferably with a digital advertising or creative background), have impeccable attention to detail and a desire to develop, then we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for…

+ Day to day management of multiple projects
+ Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to effectively deliver projects
+ Creating and maintaining project documentation including scoping documents, project plans, RAG status reports, risk registers and lessons learned
+ Managing and allocation of project workflow, tasks and budget
+ Reporting on project progress to both internal and external stakeholders
+ Ensuring our scrupulously high quality standards are maintained
+ Building and nurturing strong client relationships, placing our clients and their outcomes at the heart of everything we do

What are we looking for?

+ 1- 3 years project management experience, preferably in a fast paced or agile environment
+ Familiarity with the digital advertising and creative sectors
+ A genuine love of clients and being client facing
+ The ability to work to multiple deadlines
+ A proactive approach to problem solving
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Eagle-eyed attention to detail
+ Unsurpassable organisational skills
+ Enjoy working as part of a mutually supportive team
