GBP9.50 per hour - temporary between now and February!
Are you an immediately available candidate who has experience in a Catering / Food prep environment? Do you have experience in a highly professional and customer facing catering based role? If so, then the team at Cordant People Cardiff would love to hear from you.
We are currently looking to recruit 3 Chef De Partie to cover day shifts (hours available between 7 am and 7 pm) based on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Duties to include:
* Prepared from fresh and presented meals ready for service.
* Complete all food safety and Health & Safety documents within areas of responsibility.
* Ensure you are knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu and have the information to be able to help and advice catering assistance.
* Keep kitchen & production areas clean and tidy.
* Assist with menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control.
* Monitor food production and wastage.
* Clean preparation areas, service areas and wash up areas.
* Comply with Company COSHH regulations.
* Working with a 'one team' ethos assisting other service teams when required.
You would be working as part of a friendly and professional team so a positive attitude is a must. Please note, all applicants must have completed NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Food and Production and Cooking certificates.
**Work available on a full time basis until mid February 2018**
