Payroll & HCM SaaS Software Business Development Manager £40k + OTE

An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced and motivated field based Business Development Manager who can demonstrate a successful history in Accounting Software, CRM, Payroll, HR, HCM, Finance and/or Document Management SaaS Software Sales. You will be working for an ambitious and growing organisation at an exciting period in their history.

Your background will show steady career progression with good stints at previous organisations and a demonstrable track record of sales in your related market. You will have ideally worked for and ERP or CRM Software Partner and be looking to join a team where you can be heard and influence decision making at the top level. Importantly, you will be thorough in your approach to the sales cycle - having worked full 360 cycles from lead generation to closing and post-sales. Your communication will be clear and you will be able to identify and solve customer problems with ease.

In return, you will be looking at a base salary of up to GBP40k alongside a very generous, flat and transparent commission structure. As this role is field based, you will be able to work from home or alternatively commute to the office in London. If you do choose to work from your home office, you will still need to attend for regular board meetings fortnightly. Required Skills:

• Sales Background - SaaS, ERP, CRM, HR, Payroll, HCM, Financial Software.
• New Business and Account Management Skills.
• Confidence to deliver superb product pitches.
• Skills in generating rapport and establishing long term business relationships.
• UK license and car ideal due to UK-based travel.
